IT’S A BOY!!!... that is, our new cat Levi. Becky caught him
at the beginning of July because my Mother-in-law’s cat, sweetie, she is an escape
artist so we placed a cage outside to catch her for the 100th time. One
night Becky saw a black cat eating all the food leaving nothing left to lure in
sweetie. So the next time the black cat came around, instead of releasing him
she kept him. Come to find out he LOVES
people and welcomes anyone to pet him. Becky had to keep him in the bathroom
because of the other 3 cats that are already in the house, 2 cats are Becky’s
and 2 are my mother-in-law’s. After Becky got the black cat, which she named
Levi, checked him out at the vet. We found out he is perfectly healthy and
about a year old. The vet thinks that from his playful and loving nature he had
a family, but might have been kicked out once is was grown because he was very skinny.
Since I felt bad that Levi was stuck in a tiny bathroom Brian and I took him to
our place and now we can’t let him go.
Brian and I both have our own bikes now and we are trying to get out every night to exercise.
I tested again on the 14th of July for the GED. I Finished the whole social studies test. Hopefully I will know if I passed before August is up.

God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "Come with me". With tearful eyes we watched you suffer, and saw you fad away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. -Author Unknown
There were two viewings Wednesday 25 at Singleton Funeral, one in the morning and one in the evening. Every person that knew Sarah from school, old or new bus drivers, nurses, teachers, helpers came to the morning viewing. I was surprised that everyone of them shared the same trait that they loved about Sarah. Her smile, even with all the pain she was in she was always smiling, laughing or singing. Sarah's school also donated a bunch of food for the luncheon on Thursday.
Brian went with a group of his friends to the evening viewing that wanted to pay their respect. Many Members from our church also attended. I was not there, I was helping my friend Kim.
The Funeral Services was Thursday morning.
we sang "Jesus wants me for a sunbeam" it was Sarah's favorite song. whenever she sang it she would set off her breathing monitor because of how excited she got when she sang it, which made everyone in the house laugh.
We had a few speakers and Brian got up and talked about Sarah. I along with a few sisters from church sang "I am a Child of God" it was hard to keep my voice steady Because I could hear Becky.
Then we went on our way to Meadowridge Memorial Park.
Above you rests a Healing Tree, with branches to the sky. Its roots planted deeply connecting you and I. Its shape, its trunk, its stature, represents your life. The trials and tribulations, the joys, the tears, the strife. From the Healing Tree I shall take a ring shaped like a dove. A ring to hold precious memories of your unforgotten love.
GOD BE WITH YOU TILL WE MEET AGAIN
